This support group is focused on healing our minds, bodies, and body image from damage caused by unhealthy relationships with food, diet, culture and self-esteem.

 

In this group, we celebrate personal success, share lived experience, explore how to trust ourselves more, and support the system that is right for each of us as individuals.
